Badgers' Oak Practice - Counselling, Psychotherapy and Jungian Analysis
I have worked in private practice since 1991 and also have experience of working in the the NHS, General Practice and for EAP's offering time limited therapy. I work with both individuals and couples and offer psychodynamic counselling, psychoanalytical psychotherapy and Jungian Analysis which enables me to work at the depth most suited to your needs and wishes.

The type of therapy I offer aims explore the unconscious processes which make us unhappy in our daily lives and cause stress, anxiety or depression etc. It can also offer an opportunity for personal development and greater self awareness. Sometimes you may need to talk to someone about a bereavement or relationship difficulties. It can be a relief to talk with an independent person at times like these.

As a Jungian Analyst I believe our personal conflicts are indicators of a need to find health and meaning in our lives. Therapy can help at crisis times when our conscious lives are in conflict with deeper complexes of which we are often unaware.

I work with dreams, or any medium which can provide symbolic material such as art or literature to help in this process. Often the work will include spiritual themes.

I also offer training therapy for Counselling / Psychotherapy students and am a BAPPS registered supervisor.
